After 2004, AC 70 ~ 530kN and DC 160 ~ 530kN series products have been formed. 2.1 suspension porcelain insulator

Before 2001, the main manufacturing 160kN and below mechanical strength grade insulators. Around 2001, the successful development of 300 ~ 530kN AC and DC insulators. After 2004, AC 70 ~ 530kN and DC 160 ~ 530kN series products have been formed. In addition to the standard common umbrella, straw hat, bell and deep prism, there are also double umbrella and three umbrella, and its manufacturing technology has reached the international level.  

2.2 suspension type glass insulator

   Before 2003, the main manufacturing 160kN and below mechanical strength grade insulators. From 2005 to 2009, 400kN and 530kN AC and DC insulators were successfully developed. In 2009, AC 70 ~ 530kN and DC 160 ~ 530kN series products have been basically formed. AC in general shape, bell shape, The standard-shaped large disc diameter is given priority to, and the DC is bell-shaped and standard-shaped large disc diameter, and its manufacturing technology level has reached the international level. 

2.3 suspension type composite insulator

   In 1988 and 1995, AC and DC composite insulators were put into operation, and they were used in large quantities in 1995. Around 2001, key manufacturing technologies such as composite insulator umbrella skirt and sheath forming process, end crimping process, end sealing technology and mandrel are mature, and a large amount of successful operation experience has been accumulated. After 2004, 300 ~ 530kN insulator was successfully developed. In 2007, series products of AC 10 ~ 1000kV and 70 ~ 530kN, DC ± 500 ~ 800kV and 160 ~ 530kN have been formed. Its manufacturing technology level has been in the international level. 

 2.4 pillars and hollow composite insulators

   In the 1990 s, 110kV pillars and hollow composite insulators were mainly manufactured, and 220 ~ 500kV hollow composite insulators were successfully developed in 2002. In 2005, we successfully developed AC 750 ~ 1000kV and DC ± 500 ~ ± 800kV pillar and hollow composite insulator series products, and used them in AC/DC EHV and UHV power transmission and transformation projects during the same period. The post composite insulator with structural height of 12270mm, rated bending load of 16kN, rated torsion load of 12kN · m and maximum bending moment load of 196.32kN · m, and the hollow composite insulator with structural height of 10800mm, rated bending load of 45kN and maximum bending moment load of 486kN · m represent the manufacturing level in China. Chinese enterprises have successfully applied high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, an excellent external insulating material with more than 20 years of successful operation experience, to pillars and hollow composite insulators with large diameter and large structural height. Its manufacturing technology level ranks international level. 

2.5 pillar, hollow porcelain insulator and porcelain sleeve

China began to produce 110kV hollow and pillar porcelain insulators and porcelain sleeves in 1936 and 1958. From then on, the first generation of 110kV transformers, current transformers, voltage transformers, air circuit breakers, less oil circuit breakers, 220kV air circuit breakers and 330kV transformers were successfully developed by 1978. Hollow porcelain insulator and porcelain sleeve. And AC 35 ~ 330kV, rated bending load 4kN outdoor pillar porcelain insulator. Especially from 1978 to 1979, China successfully developed 500kV pollution-resistant post porcelain insulators for GN6-500-type isolating switches and 500kV double-column bus post porcelain insulators, marking a big step forward for China's post porcelain insulators to ultra-high voltage. From 1983 to 1995, China can basically produce 35 ~ 500kV busbars and 4 ~ 12kN series pillar porcelain insulators for isolating switches. Its structure includes single-column, double-column and triangular cone structures, and the creepage ratio can reach 3.5cm/kV. And SF6 circuit breaker, GIS tank circuit breaker, capacitor voltage transformer and SF6 current transformer series hollow porcelain insulator and porcelain sleeve. In 2000, 35kV DC pillar porcelain insulators were successfully developed. From 2003 to 2007, China has successfully developed 750kV, 1000kV post porcelain insulators and DC ± 500kV, ± 800kV post porcelain insulators. Among them, the manufacturing technology of AC/DC pillar porcelain insulators with structural height of 10m, rated bending failure load of not less than 16kN and torsional failure load of not less than 10.0kN · m ranks first in the world. But up to now, China's AC 500 ~ 1000kV, DC ± 500kV ~ ± 800kV hollow porcelain insulators and casing end can be fully localized, and its manufacturing level is at the international advanced level.
